We install, service and repair all heating, air conditioning, refrigeration units and air-purification systems. We do duct sealing and insulate, and perform regular maintenance checks on all equipment.
We are certified to do Duct Testing, Heat Pump commissioning, Whole House air leakage testing and Check-me testing through Energy Trust.

Residential and commercial bidding is made at no cost to you.

For emergency service call (541)582-2481. No extra charge for nights, weekends, or holidays.

               Common reasons for service calls are

• equipment that is not working
• a marked increase in bills for operating the equipment
• unpleasant odors occurring when the equipment is operating

Repairing equipment is straightforward. Other problems require checking the air delivery systems for leaks and contamination.

If poor air quality comes from leaking duct work, it can effect the efficiency of your system as well as being a health hazard (see our Indoor Air Quality page). The picture on the right shows what can grow under your home. A warm leaky duct is an invitation for rodents and other critters to move right in.

We use an 80-point check list when inspecting your system.

One not mentioned above is a check for carbon monoxide levels.
Long term exposure can cause cell damage.
